Ada pula yang tidak setuju dengan pendapat tersebut karena alasan kesehatan. Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan, bahwa tidur dengan menggunakan bra dapat meningkatkan risiko kanker payudara.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Sebenarnya apa saja sih dampak buruk yang mungkin terjadi? Berbahayakah? Ketika Anda merubah posisi tidur secara tidak sadar, maka akan terjadi gesekan-gesekan yang dapat memicu kulit payudara menjadi iritasi. Selain itu, pemakaian <em>bra<\/em> pada saat tidur dapat menimbulkan bakteri dari keringat yang menempel pada <em>bra<\/em>, sehingga menyebabkan gatal pada bagian payudara.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Memicu Pertumbuhan Kanker<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/Memicu-Pertumbuhan-Kanker.jpg\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">(Foto : http:\/\/media.jamnews.ir)<\/span>Menggunakan <em>bra<\/em> 24 jam sehari memperbesar risiko terkena kanker payudara. Hal yang menarik adalah negara dengan mayoritas wanita yang jarang menggunakan <em>bra<\/em> memiliki kemungkinan rendah terkena kanker payudara. Para peneliti yang meneliti penduduk asli Selandia Baru dan Australia menemukan bahwa mereka yang sepenuhnya terintegrasi ke dalam masyarakat barat memiliki peluang yang sama terkena kanker payudara. Sebaliknya, para penduduk asli Australia yang tidak berintegrasi ke dalam masyarakat barat tidak memakai <em>bra<\/em>, dan kemungkinan kecil terkena kanker payudara. Penekanan pada payudara akibat penggunaan <em>bra<\/em> ketika tidur dapat merusak sel tubuh di dalam DNA, sehingga memicu pergerakan sel yang abnormal di payudara dan dapat berubah menjadi sel kanker payudara.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Menghambat Peredaran Darah<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/Melancarkan-Peredaran-Darah.jpg\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">(Foto : https:\/\/healthy-zone.ro)<\/span>Memakai <em>bra<\/em> pada saat tidur dapat menghambat aliran darah yang akhirnya menyebabkan payudara terasa nyeri pada saat terbangun dari tidur. Selain itu, penekanan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan <em>bra<\/em> juga dapat mengganggu pernafasan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kulit Menggelap<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/Kulit-Menggelap.jpg\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">(Foto : https:\/\/pxhere.com)<\/span>Pemakaian <em>bra<\/em> pada saat tidur dalam jangka waktu lama dapat menyebabkan bekas di permukaan kulit. Akibatnya, terjadi penggelapan warna kulit didaerah tertentu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Gangguan Tidur<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/Gangguan-Tidur.jpg\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">(Foto : https:\/\/www.rd.com)<\/span>Gangguan tidur biasanya diawali dengan rasa tidak nyaman ketika tidur. Posisi tidur apapun menyebabkan Anda merasa tidak santai karena penekanan dari bahan <em>bra<\/em> yang menempel di kulit. Hal ini menyebabkan payudara Anda seperti sedang diganjal sesuatu. <em>Bra<\/em> yang mengganjal dan menekan payudara dapat mengganggu pernafasan menjadi kurang lancar dan tidur pun menjadi tidak berkualitas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Meskipun hal tersebut masih menjadi perdebatan, namun para ahli menyarankan para perempuan untuk tidak tidur dengan menggunakan <em>bra<\/em>.
