{"id":3275,"date":"2017-06-12T00:00:12","date_gmt":"2017-06-11T16:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/k-link.co.id\/id\/?p=3275"},"modified":"2023-03-10T16:10:58","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T09:10:58","slug":"jaga-asupan-saat-berpuasa-jika-tidak-ingin-terserang-gangguan-ini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/k-link.co.id\/id\/jaga-asupan-saat-berpuasa-jika-tidak-ingin-terserang-gangguan-ini\/","title":{"rendered":"Jaga Asupan Saat Berpuasa Jika Tidak Ingin Terserang Gangguan Ini!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Halo mitra K-LINK semua, kembali lagi dengan artikel kesehatan kita masih di suasana menyambut kegiatan yang wajib di bulan Ramadhan yaitu berpuasa.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Artikel sebelumnya kita sudah berbagi informasi betapa pentingnya memenuhi nutrisi selama berpuasa karena sangat berperan penting dalam menjaga kesehatan agar ibadah puasa kita maksimal dan masih tetap dapat menjalankan aktivitas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/k-link.co.id\/Puasa-dan-Kesehatan-Selama-Bulan-Ramadhan\">Baca juga: Puasa dan Kesehatan Selama Bulan Ramadhan<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seperti janji kami, pada kesempatan kali ini kami ingin berbagi informasi dampak buruk jika kita tetap menerapkan kebiasaan kita yang hobi dalam mengonsumsi makanan serba berminyak dan berkolesterol serta mengonsumsi minuman yang mengandung kadar gula tinggi saat berbuka.<\/p>\n<p>Terlihat sepele memang, namun jika kita tidak menjaga dan memperhatikan asupan yang masuk saat sahur dan berbuka puasa, maka akan menyebabkan beberapa hal berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sembelit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3283\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/atasi-sembelit.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/atasi-sembelit.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/atasi-sembelit-450x300.jpg 450w, https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/atasi-sembelit-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Terlalu banyak mengonsumsi makanan berkarbohidrat saat sahur dan berbuka puasa, serta sedikit minum air dan mengonsumsi makanan rendah serat merupakan faktor utama yang dapat menyebabkan sembelit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gangguan Saluran Pencernaan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3285 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/saluran-pencernaan.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mengonsumsi makanan yang tidak sehat secara berlebihan saat berbuka puasa seperti gorengan, makanan berlemak, dan makanan pedas dapat memicu produksi asam lambung serta meningkatnya gas di lambung yang dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan di dalam perut dan memicu keparahan sakit maag.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tekanan Darah Rendah<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3286 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/tekanan-darah-rendah.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kurangnya asupan vitamin dan mineral serta kalori yang sedikit saat sahur akan membuat tubuh menjadi lemas, letih dan lesu hingga membuat tubuh tidak berstamina dalam menjalankan aktivitas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Obesitas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3284\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/obesitas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/obesitas-541x300.jpg 541w, https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/obesitas.jpg 673w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Padahal kita tidak makan hampir 12 jam, tapi kok malah obesitas? Pertanyaan ini akan sering muncul diiringi meningkatnya berat badan saat menjalankan ibadah puasa.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua<strong> Indonesia Nutrition Association<\/strong>, Luciana B. Sutanto mengatakan penyebab utama berat badan naik saat bulan puasa adalah karena terlalu banyak mengonsumsi makanan manis yang mengandung gula berlebih.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengurangi masalah-masalah yang timbul di atas, sebaiknya kita memperhatikan beberapa tips berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jangan tinggalkan sahur, karena sahur bertujuan untuk mengurangi rasa lemas dan lesu saat siang hari.<\/li>\n<li>Pilih sumber atau bahan makanan yang tepat yaitu dengan jumlah gizi\/ nutrisi yang benar.<\/li>\n<li>Kurangi makan-makanan yang berlemak dan manis saat sahur dan berbuka puasa agar terhindar dari sembelit dan maag.<\/li>\n<li>Mengonsumsi suplemen kesehatan tambahan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi dan gizi.<\/li>\n<li>Pintar memilih pengganti gula agar terhindar dari obesitas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bagaimana kita bisa menjalankan TIPS diatas dengan satu kegiatan rutin?
