Pasalnya, apabila terjadi masalah pada pencernaan, akan menimbulkan beragam penyakit mulai dari perut kembung, mulas, dan juga sakit kepala bahkan bisa sebabkan menurunnya daya ingat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Semua mahluk hidup memerlukan makanan dan makanan yang dikonsumsi akan dicerna serta diurai menjadi sumber energi, komponen penyusun sel dan jaringan serta nutrisi yang dibutuhkan tubuh. Apa sih yang dimaksud dengan pencernaan? Sistem pencernaan merupakan sistem yang mengubah makanan menjadi sari makanan yang berupa nutrisi-nutrisi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh, pencernaan merupakan organ tubuh yang sangat penting dan harus dijaga kesehatannya. Sistem pencernaan dimulai dari mulut, kerongkongan, lambung, usus halus, usus besar sampai ke anus.<\/p>\n<p>Pola makan yang tidak teratur, sering terlambat makan, kurang mengonsumsi buah, sayur dan terlalu cepat menelan makanan adalah beberapa hal yang menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan pencernaan.
