Kami, akan mengulas mengenai manfaat dari umbi-umbian yang tergolong mudah ditemukan ini.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selain enak dan dapat diolah menjadi beragam masakan, kandungan dari ubi jalar ungu ini sangat banyak sekali. Ubi ungu mengandung lisin, CU ( tembaga ), K (kalium ), MG (magnesium ), ZN (seng) dan merupakan sumber karbohidrat serta kalori yang cukup tinggi, selain itu vitamin yang terdapat di ubi unggu antara lain ada vitamin A, C, B, riboflavin. Sedangkan mineral yang ada dalam ubi unggu diantaranya fosfor, zat besi, kalsium, serta kandungan lainnya adalah protein, lemak, serat. Begitu banyak manfaat ubi unggu bagi kesehatan tubuh kita antara lain adalah ;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ubi unggu bermanfaat sebagai antioksidan yang dapat menyerap polusi udara, oksidasi dalam tubuh dan dan menghambat pengumpalan darah sehingga kesehatan aliran darah lebih lancar.<\/li>\n<li>Kandungan betakarotin, vitamin E, dan C bermanfaat sebagai anti kanker dan berbagai penyakit kardiovaskuler.<\/li>\n<li>Ubi ungu memiliki aktivitas antioksidan, anti kanker,dan anti bakteri lebih tinggi dari beberapa varientas blueberry.<\/li>\n<li>Sebagai sumber karbohidrat bagi tubuh dan sebagai pewarna makanan yang alami.<\/li>\n<li>Serat dan pectin dalam ubi unggu sangat baik untuk mencegah gangguan pencernaan seperti wasir, sembelit hingga kanker kolon.<\/li>\n<li>Antosianin ubi unggu juga memiliki fungsi fisiologi, misal anti kanker, antioksidan, anti bakteri, perlindungan kerusakan hati, jantung dan stroke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Baca Juga : Tampil Maksimal Menjelang Hari Kemenangan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anti radang (anti inflasma), studi terhadap pria dewasa sehat menunjukan jika mengonsumsi ubi ungu diduga mampu mengurangi risiko peradangan atau inflasmasi dan kerusakan DNA.<\/li>\n<li>Menjaga berat badan, ubi ungu pun baik dikonsumsi oleh penderita obesitas, dalam sebuah penelitian terhadap pasien obesitas disimpulkan menambah dua porsi ubi unggu selama satu bulan dalam asupan makanan tidak akan membuat berat badan naik, sekaligus tekanan darah berkurang.<br \/>\nBahkan ubi ungu ini juga aman dikonsumsi balita berusia 6 bulan sebagai makanan pendamping asi, karena kandungan seratnya yang tinggi, dapat melancarkan pencernaan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nah, dilihat dari banyak manfaatnya bagi kesehatan tidak salahnya kita rutin konsumsi ubi ini.
