Ketetapan itu berdasarkan hasil sidang isbat yang dihadiri sejumlah ormas Islam hingga ahli astronomi. Sama seperti tahun sebelumnya, puasa di Tanah Air masih saja dihantui oleh pandemi COVID-19.&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: Heebo;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Dilansir dari Detik Health, Juru bicara Satgas Penanganan COVID-19, Prof Wiku Adisasmito, menyatakan berpuasa setidaknya 3 hari bisa meningkatkan imun tubuh. Meski begitu, imun tubuh harus tetap dijaga selama berpuasa agar tidak mudah tertular Virus Corona. Ia mengimbau bagi umat muslim yang sedang sakit untuk tidak memaksakan berpuasa. Dalam konferensi persnya pada Kamis (8\/4\/2021) di Graha BNPB, Wiku mengungkapkan \u00e2\u20ac\u0153agar tetap prima, makanlah makanan yang tinggi karbohidrat sebagai sumber kalori yang dapat berupa nasi, roti, dan lain-lainnya&#8221;. Wiku mengingatkan agar seseorang untuk bisa menguasai dirinya saat berbuka puasa dengan membatasi makanan yang tinggi lemak seperti gorengan, gajih, dan lain-lain, serta mengurangi konsumsi gula dari takjil dan makanan penutup\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n<h2>2.&nbsp;<strong>Olahraga yang Cukup<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k-net.co.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"400\" title=\"Legging-dengan-kaus-dan-celana-olahraga\" data-id=\"24148\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/Legging-dengan-kaus-dan-celana-olahraga.jpg\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">(Foto: https:\/\/www.freepik.com)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut Wiku, baiknya hindari aktivitas fisik yang berat saat puasa Ramadan. Jika ingin berolahraga, pilihlah olahraga dengan intensitas ringan hingga sedang. &#8220;Contohnya, olahraga ringan secara rutin 3-5 kali seminggu atau olahraga intens dengan durasi yang singkat, kurang dari 30 menit dari biasanya, untuk mencegah kelelahan berat,&#8221; ujarnya. Ia pun menambahkan waktu yang tepat untuk olahrga di bulan puasa, seperti saat setelah sahur, sebelum berbuka, atau 1-2 jam setelah berbuka.<\/p>\n<h2>3.&nbsp;<strong>Ikut Vaksinasi COVID-19 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.k-net.co.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"375\" title=\"suntik kesehatan 2\" data-id=\"14976\" src=\"https:\/\/media.k-link.us\/k-link\/image\/2020\/09\/suntik-kesehatan-2.jpg\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">(Foto : http:\/\/wstale.com)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut Wiku, semua langkah tersebut bisa disempurnakan dengan melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19. &#8220;Sesuai dengan Kementerian Agama, bahwa vaksinasi akan tetap dilakukan, mengingat berdasarkan pertimbangan khusus bahwa injeksi intramuskular tidak membatalkan puasa&#8221;.
