Padahal olahraga menjadi salah satu cara terbaik untuk menjaga sendi agar tetap sehat. Lalu, seperti apa olahraga yang aman untuk penderita rematik?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nyeri pada sendi, badan terasa kaku, atau tulang seperti rontok menjadi pertanda seseorang alami <em>Rheumatoid Arthritis<\/em> (RA) atau yang juga kerap disebut rematik. Rematik sendiri merupakan suatu penyakit inflamasi sistemik yang kronik. Setiap orang memiliki gejala yang berbeda, namun gejala ini datang dengan samar-samar, seperti gejala awal pada nyeri otot dan tulang yang cepat berlalu termasuk kaku di pagi hari yang berlangsung beberapa minggu bahkan lebih tanpa menghasilkan diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>Banyak penderita rematik yang takut berolahraga. Padahal, olahraga sangat bermanfaat untuk melatih otot dan persendian. Berjalan kaki, berolahraga ringan, atau mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah dapat membantu melatih otot dan sendi agar tidak semakin kaku. Renang juga bisa menjadi pilihan.
