Rata-rata wanita berusia 20 hingga 80 tahun kehilangan sepertiga dari kepadatan tulang pinggulnya dibandingkan pria.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ya, osteoporosis cukup rentan menyerang wanita di usia lanjut. Hal ini akan menghambat proses osteoblasnya, sehingga kepadatan massa tulangnya akan berkurang. Olahraga teratur sangat disarankan untuk memacu tulang, sehingga membentuk massa tulang. Lakukan jenis olahrga seperti lari, trampolin, ataupun lompat tali.
